Senior Fullstack Engineer (.NET & React)

• 5+ years of experience in web application development with React and .NET.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong expertise in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience in architectural decision-making and system design.
• Experience with source control systems and branching strategies (e.g., Git).
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Knowledge of modern build tools and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX/UI, and DevOps, to drive innovation and best practices.
• Conduct and oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full stack.
• Stay updated with industry trends and proactively introduce improvements.
