Senior Test Automation Engineer

The project is in the banking industry and involves working on a C# /.NET 8 solution. The role is based in Poland with a hybrid work model requiring up to 60% office presence in Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw.

• 5+ years of experience in automation within .NET stacks.
• Experience with CI/CD automation (Bitbucket/Bamboo).
• Strong Git proficiency, including code review practices and test pipeline maintenance.
• Expertise in C# (modern features) and .NET 8 test code.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as NUnit and test runners.
• Pega exposure.
• Required language: English (Full professional proficiency).

• Own and scale automated test suites in a C# /.NET 8 environment.
• Implement UI automation using Playwright with Page Object Model.
• Conduct API automation, including JSON validation and schema checks.
• Design test architecture incorporating reusable helpers, stable selectors, and strategies for handling test flakiness.
• Perform failure diagnostics and debugging to ensure functionality adherence.

Location requirement: Gdańsk, Poland (Hybrid: Up to 60% office presence).
