Product Owner (Mid/Senior)

Product Owner will work for a global leader with a sharp focus on lottery solutions. The company has a long history of delivering safe and secure technology and is a dedicated lottery service provider. It leverages collective insight, experience, and expertise to create reliable and engaging solutions that help lottery clients achieve objectives, meet player needs, and deliver meaningful benefits to communities.

• Bachelor in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• 3+ years in financial or business systems analysis role or as product owner.
• Primarily business background >50% with experience translating business requirements into technical terms.
• Business intelligence tools experience (Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
• Experience writing requirements using DOORS or Polarion is a plus.
• Strong understanding of product management and software development methods SDLC.
• Problem solving and converting challenges into structured actionable solutions.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 15% and work across time zones.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of transaction processing products (lottery engine, core banking, fintech).

• Support migration of sites to cloud based environments.
• Document requirements from initial draft to review, manage change requests and deliverables.
• Contribute to product manager vision for Data and Insight products.
• Lead customer engagements, translate business needs into product requirements, run demos and workshops.
• Own Data and Insight products: elaborate features into technical requirements with Product Engineering, manage team backlog and acceptance testing.
• Oversee product creation stages by liaising with engineering leaders managing day-to-day engineering efforts.
• Create customer artifacts: business process flows, functional specifications, use cases, customer requirements documents, configuration questionnaires.
• Cooperate with Marketing, Legal and Security stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and ongoing customer support to drive product usage.
• Support pre-sales and represent products in customer presentations.
