Wymagania
- Project management / PMO experience and certification (Prince2, PMI, etc.)
- Very good skills to communicate with a large number of stakeholders / stakeholder management
- Very good experience in complex data presentation (Excel, Jira, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project budgeting and cost control
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience with PMO processes and project support activities
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
Obowiązki
- Support workstream leads and project managers in managing approximately 11-12 projects
- Facilitate risks and issues with Risk Manager
- Manage dependencies with Dependency Manager
- Provide financial management support and manage administrative tasks in progress reporting
- Provide PPM support and progress reporting to PMO
- Maintain Jira (L1, L2, L3) including milestone statuses, milestone closure evidence
- Manage change requests and evidence tracking to PMO
- Manage risks (including CRMA/QRA) and dependencies maintenance to PMO
- Onboard new resources at workstream level
