• Strong background in SAP Monitoring tools (Cloud ALM, SolMan) and standard diagnostic transactions.
• Consultative mindset – ability to translate technical errors into business impact.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end data flows in an S/4HANA environment.
• Knowledge of English (fluent).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German.

• Designing and managing monitoring dashboards in SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager.
• Performing deep-dive root-cause analysis of IDoc failures, Batch Job bottlenecks, and API errors.
• Consulting with functional teams (ABAP/BTP) to improve system performance based on monitoring data.
• Leading the technical response to critical system alerts and ensuring proper escalation paths.
• Delivering performance insights and stability reports to IT stakeholders.
