Architect (SAP, Technical)

The role is within the Global Delivery Center (GDC) in the Package Based Services (PBS) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises including Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries. The position is hiring in Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, and Warszawa.

• Successfully completed at least one project as a Technical Architect/Technical Lead in an SAP environment.
• Strong technical background in ABAP and ABAP OO.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes in enterprises and their mapping in S/4HANA, as well as all stages of a project's lifecycle.
• Extensive knowledge of the SAP solutions portfolio.
• Awareness of new SAP products, including industry-specific solutions tailored to various sectors.
• Excellent communication and top-level presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and/or German.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP implementations or transformations to S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with modern technologies, such as Fiori.

• Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and economic viability.
• Define scope, software architecture, process design, and cost estimates for upcoming projects from the SAP solutions portfolio.
• Collaborate with the bid team to prepare and present project proposals for external clients.
• Analyze technological trends and advise stakeholders on the implementation of relevant SAP products and technologies.
• Lead a team of SAP consultants, fostering skill development and team growth.
