Frameworks Engineer | AI | C++ | Python

The position is within the semiconductor and advanced AI systems area, working directly for the client on a long-term basis.

• Higher technical education
• English language proficiency at minimum B2+ level for international team communication
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in software engineering or AI model development
• Very good knowledge of Python and C++ programming and ability to solve complex algorithmic problems
• Experience in code optimization techniques (performance, memory management, parallelism)
• Highly developed communication skills and ability to work in a team

Nice to have:

• Experience with PyTorch, JAX, or similar frameworks for training and inference of models
• Experience in GPU programming or parallel computing (CUDA, OpenCL)
• Knowledge of distributed systems and multi-device task execution
• Understanding of microprocessor / integrated circuit architecture

• Developing and optimizing AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX) for AI workloads on new hardware
• Co-creating AI framework infrastructure (memory management, streams, task scheduling)
• Ensuring high performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability of AI frameworks
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (hardware, compilers, kernels, runtime)
