Java Backend Developer

We’re hiring strong backend engineers to join several of our core engineering teams — Banking, Loans, Core Tech Platform, and Cards. All teams work on high-impact, backend-heavy systems that power key financial products and internal platforms.

• Real production experience in Java backend development
• Ideally with modern frameworks like Spring Boot
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments
• Experience building and supporting distributed systems at scale
• Writing production-grade code with attention to reliability, maintainability, and testability
• Fintech experience is a big plus, especially with payments, banking products, etc.
• Fluent Russian and English language

These backend roles require understanding how systems work under the hood, care about observability and performance, and want to build things that last.
