Senior Data Engineer

• Over 5 years of commercial experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services including Databricks and Data Factory.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines.
• Proficient in Python and PySpark for ETL/ELT, automation, and integrations.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale data modeling.
• Practical experience with layered data architectures (lakehouse/data lake).
• Ability to monitor, optimize, and debug data processes.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources.
• Technical independence and influence on architecture.
• Collaboration skills with development, BI, and Data Science teams.
• English language proficiency at C1 level and Polish at B2 level.

• Build and develop scalable data pipelines in Azure Data Factory and Databricks for key processes.
• Design and optimize data lakehouse and data models using SQL/MySQL and Python.
• Integrate data from multiple sources.
• Monitor, automate, and improve data processing workflows, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to deliver stable and well-documented data sets.
