Wymagania

  • Experience in a Presales, Solution Consultant, or Technical Sales role.
  • Understanding of IT systems architecture, integrations, and APIs.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver demonstrations, presentations, Proof of Concept (PoC), and client workshops.
  • Experience in gathering business and technical requirements, analyzing processes, and preparing solution concepts.
  • Experience in estimating project size and complexity using estimation methods.
  • Very good communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and clear way.
  • Ability to lead client meetings and workshops and facilitate discussions.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Self-reliance and strong time management, especially when working under pressure.
  • Ability to translate client requirements into clear actions for technical teams.
  • Maturity in an advisory role, with the ability to build relationships and trust with clients.

Obowiązki

  • Supporting the sales team during client meetings by acting as an initial requirements analyst.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs, operational challenges, and potential areas for process improvement.
  • Preparing and facilitating requirements workshops during the sales process, as well as delivering solution presentations and system PoC demonstrations.
  • Preparing sales proposals, including responses to RFPs, RFIs, technical inquiries, and developing solution architecture concepts.
  • Collaborating with developers and analysts to deliver solutions that best meet clients’ business and technical requirements.
  • Building the role of a trusted advisor for clients and prospective clients through technical credibility, understanding of business context, and the ability to recommend appropriate solutions.
