Account Executive Mid-Market DACH

Atlassian is a software company focused on empowering teams worldwide through collaboration tools. Their Mid-Market Sales team manages a diverse portfolio of mid-sized customers, focusing on cloud-first sales opportunities, cross-sell, user expansion, and customer success. The company supports flexible work locations including remote work and hires in countries where it has legal entities.

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role.
• Experience in mid-market software sales, driving transformational deals.
• Experience growing mid-market accounts through cross-sell and upsell.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams.
• Preference for experience in the DACH region.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.

• Develop and implement named account or territory plans to maximize expansion opportunities and ensure customer success.
• Work with channel sales organization team members to build sales strategies for designated territories or accounts.
• Prospect and qualify leads within the mid-market customer segment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to streamline sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
• Travel occasionally to meet clients, attend industry events, conferences, and team gatherings as required.

This is a fully remote sales role with eligibility limited to candidates located in Poland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany.
