Fullstack/Backend Developer (Java/Python)

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. The company focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java / J2EE, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience working with Agentic AI and implementing LLM solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, IAM).
• Knowledge of NLU and experience with Vertex AI or similar frameworks for LLM orchestration.
• Ability to design RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data flows.

Nice to have:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

• Designing and developing conversational architectures integrating Google LLM with clients' backend systems (CRM, ERP, API).
• Creating production code for webhooks, middleware, and integration layers (Node.js, Python, Go).
• Implementing Dialogflow CX agents, focusing on state management, NLU tuning, and transition logic.
• Integrating generative AI solutions (RAG) and orchestrating language models to handle unstructured queries in the Customer Engagement Suite.
