SAP BDC Manager / BI Team Lead

• 6+ years of professional experience in SAP BW/BW4HANA and Datasphere.
• Active participation in projects integrating BW and/or Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a team leader or technical BI manager role.
• Experience in requirements analysis and designing reporting architecture using SAP Business Data Cloud tools.
• Experience in project estimation, pricing, and IT project assumptions.
• Practical knowledge of the offer process.
• Experience in documenting processes and maintaining knowledge base.
• Ability to communicate in Polish and English at C1 level.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Poznań.

• Manage the SAP BI/BW/BDC/Datasphere area and oversee the work of consultants.
• Combine technology effectively with business needs.
• Participate in presales activities and implementation, migration, and development projects.
• Ensure data quality and performance.
• Support users and conduct training sessions.
• Develop documentation and maintain team know-how.
• Lead a team of at least 3-5 people as a team leader or technical BI manager.
• Collect requirements and translate them into Business Data Cloud solutions.
• Conduct status meetings, plan sprints, and manage backlog.
• Communicate with business stakeholders and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Delegate tasks, mentor, and develop the team.

Work in a hybrid model from Poznań is required.
