Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Analytics, preferably in SaaS / Product-Led Growth (PLG) companies.
- Mastery of Mixpanel (or Amplitude/Heap), including implementation, data cleaning, and event debugging.
- Active user of AI tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) for data analysis and automation.
- Basic technical literacy including ability to read JSON event payloads and understand SQL logic.
- Professional proficiency in English (C1/C2).
Nice to have:
- Experience with B2B Cloud/Infrastructure products.
- Understanding of Product-Led Sales (PLS) mechanics.
- Experience with A/B testing tools.
Obowiązki
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Work daily with Digital Director, Backend and Frontend Developers, Product Managers, and UX/Design team to prioritize features based on data.
- Be part of the BI (Business Intelligence) team with access to data infrastructure while embedded in the Platform team.
Self-Service Optimization:
- Analyze the registration to activation to payment flow.
- Identify user drop-off points and propose A/B tests.
Product Qualified Leads (PQL):
- Analyze usage patterns to identify high-potential customers and signal Sales team.
Event Tracking Design:
- Own the tracking plan and specify events and properties to track.
Dashboarding:
- Create actionable dashboards in Mixpanel for Product Managers and Executives.
Hypothesis Testing:
- Assist Product Managers in formulating and measuring experiments and provide final analysis verdicts.
