Lead Software Engineer (.Net + AWS)

• Proficiency in .Net
• Competency in AWS cloud
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience with SQLServer, Docker, Kafka, Infrastructure as Code (preferably Cloudformation)
• Knowledge of CI/CD and SDL processes with a good understanding of test automation
• Expertise in IIS and web applications (frontend experience)
• Refactoring skills
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, teamwork, and collaboration in a multicultural environment
• Ability to navigate through complex systems and contribute to a continuous improvement environment

• Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
• Writing clean, scalable code
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
• Troubleshooting issues
• Leading the technical discussions and coaching team members
