Product Analyst

Box Inc. is an AI-first company focused on leveraging AI to make faster, smarter decisions. The Product Analytics team plays a key role in understanding products, customers, and business to drive data-driven decisions and strategic improvements.

• 1+ years of experience in an analytics role.
• Significant experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Looker, or Domo.
• Excellent communication skills to translate between technical and functional requirements.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to clarify questions and prioritize requests.
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as statistics or computer science.

• Use analytics to answer questions about how customers use the product to improve adoption and retention.
• Guide the Product Leadership Team on setting company-wide goals supporting long-term product strategy.
• Own the roadmap and data integrity of product reporting, building dashboards and self-serve resources to increase data consumption and efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, data engineers, and product engineers to deliver quality insights to the business.
