Service Coordinator (with UX)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project coordination, preferably managing multiple projects in dynamic environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Adaptability and flexibility in fast-changing environments.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with design, UX/UI principles.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in technical or cybersecurity environments.

• Kick-start projects effectively: define scope, build and maintain schedules, timelines, and calendars to keep everything on track.
• Coordinate across teams: identify key stakeholders, ensure collaboration, and align everyone toward customer-focused goals.
• Champion communication: provide regular updates, clarify expectations, and resolve any confusion to keep projects moving forward.
• Manage documentation: organize, update, and store project-related paperwork for easy access.
• Monitor progress: track project status, identify risks early, and work with the team to resolve issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate and support: work closely with team members, share ideas, and contribute to delivering the best outcomes for customers.

Work location hybrid with 6 days/month on-site in Kraków.
