Senior Backend Developer (Symfony/PHP)

1dea is a recruitment consulting company providing IT talent acquisition services for its clients. It has been operating in the Polish market for over 8 years and is gradually expanding its services to Western European markets.

• Very good knowledge of PHP and Symfony.
• Practical knowledge of Event Sourcing and ability to work with Prooph.
• Natural application of best practices (SOLID, DRY, Clean Code) and test coverage.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL (Postgres).
• Ability to switch efficiently between projects and business priorities.
• Knowledge of Docker and understanding of deployment processes.
• Fluent English (minimum B2+).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Nice to have:

• Experience with other AWS services.
• Practical knowledge of Blue/Green Deployment.

• Code in Symfony versions from 4.4 to 7.3+.
• Work with Event Sourcing using the Prooph library.
• Write tests and maintain architecture to avoid technical debt.
• Use PostgreSQL with advanced queries and AWS SNS.
• Perform deployments using Blue/Green Deployment techniques.
