Wymagania

  • Practical experience in sales, preferably international sales through distributors and/or suppliers.
  • Fluent communication in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in direct client negotiations and handling challenging situations.
  • Experience working with contracts, creating and delivering engaging sales presentations.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage email correspondence effectively, including crafting well-structured messages and timely responses.
  • Efficient management of ongoing communication, deadlines, and long-term tasks.
  • Ability to make decisions and act effectively based on incomplete information.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proactive attitude with initiative in actions and decision-making.
  • Team player who collaborates, shares ideas, and is open to feedback and knowledge exchange.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the board game industry.
  • Knowledge of sales on crowdfunding platforms.
  • Education focused on management, economics, trade, marketing, or related courses/trainings.

Obowiązki

  • Coordinate the sales process on Polish and international markets, including acquiring foreign partners, offering new products and reprints, negotiating cooperation terms, finalizing contracts, monitoring payments, and enforcing contract conditions.
  • Build long-term relationships with key partners by maintaining ongoing contact, responding to their needs, presenting products, protecting partners' interests, and seeking opportunities to deepen relationships and enhance the studio's image.
  • Collaborate with partners in organizing local crowdfunding campaigns, working closely with the Marketing department to provide necessary materials and ensure marketing consistency.
  • Organize meetings and trips to international trade fairs, supporting the creation of sales presentations.
  • Initiate and implement activities supporting team development and internal processes.

Oferta

  • Salary range: 11,900 - 15,300 PLN net for B2B contracts; 9,900 - 12,700 PLN for employment contracts.
  • Employment based on either an employment contract or B2B cooperation, candidate's choice.
