Python Developer (Mid)

People More is a technology company working on projects for a large client base in Poland and abroad. They build projects from scratch or partially, including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile, working directly with clients and partners worldwide.

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Python development
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Strong algorithmic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to design clean and maintainable code
• Basic understanding of software architecture and system design
• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Commercial experience with Python or education in robotics, automation, or a related technical field
• Interest in robotics, AI systems, or intelligent automation
• Experience working with data processing or optimization problems
• Experience working with APIs or distributed systems

• Developing software for real robots solving real operational problems
• Designing scalable and maintainable software components used in robotic systems
• Creating algorithms and logic that allow robots to handle diverse objects and operational scenarios
• Supporting development of data-driven heuristics used in robotic decision-making
• Working on optimization and placement algorithms used in physical environments
• Developing APIs and interfaces integrating robotic systems with warehouse management and enterprise platforms
• Testing and validating solutions both in simulation and on real robotic platforms
• Collaborating with engineers to improve system performance and reliability
