mLeasing is part of mBank Group, working in the leasing industry. The team consists of 10 experts including leaders, programmers, and analysts. They are involved in the migration, implementation, maintenance, and development of the company's main financial-accounting system, collaborating closely with the Finance Department. The work mode is hybrid with 2 days in the office in Warsaw and 3 days remote.

• Higher education in IT or other technical field
• Several years of experience as a system analyst
• Experience in gathering, specifying, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements and identifying system assumptions and constraints
• Proficient knowledge of SQL for complex data analysis
• Experience cooperating with financial-accounting units: understanding needs and requirements, effective communication using finance and accounting domain terms, knowledge of accounting principles, chart of accounts, accounting scenarios, period closing mechanisms
• Experience with financial-accounting systems: knowledge of architecture and functionalities related to accounting, settlements, asset depreciation, and payment management in large organizations
• Ability to define algorithms using UML
• Knowledge of CASE tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect)
• Independence and good time management

Nice to have:

• Very good knowledge of PL/SQL stored procedure syntax for Oracle database
• Ability to model business processes using BPMN notation

• Participate in the migration, implementation, maintenance, and development of the main financial-accounting system (modules: general ledger, subsidiary ledger, asset records)
• Acquire knowledge from the current system provider based on source codes, documentation, and workshops/training
• Conduct workshops with business users of the system
• Create and maintain system documentation
• Participate in preparing test plans and test scenarios
• Coordinate implementation and testing of changes in production environments
• Participate in managing backlog in Azure DevOps and task decomposition
• Collaborate with analysts from other teams on planning dependencies and inter-system integrations
