Wymagania
- Minimum 4 years experience in HRIS/HR IT/HR systems specialist role
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in HR system implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects
- Strong process analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in project coordination or project management
- Good understanding of HR processes and HR data structures
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and HR-related compliance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business-fluent German and/or English
- University degree preferably in IT, business administration, or similar
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in an international environment
Obowiązki
- Lead and coordinate international HR digitalization projects related to SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Fiori Portal
- Act as local system owner for HR IT applications ensuring stable operation and alignment with business needs
- Drive implementation, upgrades, and transitions between system versions or modules, coordinating with IT and external providers
- Analyze HR processes and translate business requirements into system solutions and process standardization
- Plan and execute system testing activities including UAT and regression testing
- Provide 2nd level support to end users and coordinate resolution of system issues
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to optimize and digitalize HR processes
- Facilitate and moderate cross-location project teams and workshops
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for HR processes and system configurations
- Support implementation of the HR 3-Pillar Model from an HR IT/systems perspective
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, labour agreements, and internal governance
