IT Analyst

• Knowledge of IT solution architecture (Enterprise / Business Architecture)
• Familiarity with planning and modeling tools such as Jira Portfolio and Confluence
• Ability to create KPI/OKR for IT processes and implementations
• Experience in business and technical analytics, including data extraction and MD vs profit comparisons
• Experience in monitoring progress and efficiency
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile/scrum approaches, hybrid project models
• Understanding of development processes
• Ability to manage priorities and initiative portfolios
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and recommending software houses
• Ability to manage by objectives and settle results
• Communication skills at strategic level and preparing presentations/reports for C-level
• Ability to plan and anticipate risks related to optimization
• Ability to synthesize information and present clear conclusions
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Ability to work well under time pressure
