Java Developer

The client is a leading multinational banking and financial services company.

• Higher technical education in IT or a related field, completed with a scientific degree (e.g., Engineer/BSc/MSc in Computer Science or similar)
• 4-7 years of commercial IT development experience
• Advanced knowledge of Java (preferably Java 21/25), Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JPA, REST API development, JUnit, Mockito, PostgreSQL
• Experience with Git and Maven
• Familiarity with development and architectural tools such as Postman, Liquibase, OpenShift, Jenkins, and GitLab
• Intermediate knowledge of security technologies and security design patterns is nice to have

• Develop and maintain high-performance software solutions for the settlement of global securities transactions
• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions to complex problems
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions
