Product Owner

Aristocrat Interactive is Aristocrat Leisure Limited’s (ASX:ALL) regulated online Real Money Gaming (RMG) business formed in 2024 by the merger of Anaxi and NeoGames businesses. • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar product management role.
• Proven, hands-on experience in requirements documentation, including detailed functional specifications, activity/sequence/state diagrams, and interface/API definitions.
• Demonstrated experience leading third-party system integrations and managing feature launches end-to-end.
• Experience with iLottery, iGaming, or sports betting platforms is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, fast learner with a proactive approach adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Experience working in regulated environments.

• Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore development teams.

• Translate business and collaborator needs into clear, actionable solution requirements detailed in Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Own and manage integrations with third-party vendors, including requirements definition, impact analysis, coordination, and serving as the primary point of contact to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive impact analysis by developing a deep understanding of the platform’s end-to-end features, including frontend and backend services, third-party integrations, BI/analytics, and supporting systems.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, including Security, Compliance, Marketing, Support, IT, and Engineering, to align product delivery with organizational goals and regulatory constraints.
• Take full ownership of product features throughout their lifecycle — from ideation and definition through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, dependencies, risks, and technical constraints.
• Define, monitor, and analyze product benchmarks and performance metrics to evaluate outcomes, find opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven product decisions.
• Continuously find opportunities to improve product quality, usability, performance, and scalability.

This role is subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals, including criminal background check, fingerprint submission, and obtaining licenses or registrations with applicable gaming regulatory authorities. Candidates must be authorized to work in the job location full-time without the need for visa sponsorship. Aristocrat operates in a highly regulated environment requiring disclosure of personal and background information to various gaming regulatory bodies as a condition of gaming licenses.
