Python AI Engineer (GenAI)

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in AI/ML development
• Professional experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and related concepts (RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems)
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Langraph, CrewAI, or similar)
• Strong knowledge and experience in production-grade Python development
• Understanding of cloud concepts and architectures with hands-on experience in cloud services (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Expertise in data manipulation using Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) essential for working on international projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Econometrics, or related quantitative discipline
• Experience with specific LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3, Mixtral, Falcon, Gemini)
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant)
• Familiarity with fine-tuning and training techniques for LLMs
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and testing methodologies
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
