At Microsoft, the HR Generalist role supports the mission to empower every person and organization by partnering with leaders and employees to deliver compliant and human-centered people experiences across the Baltics region, CIS areas, and Poland.
Wymagania
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience in HR or related field involving employment laws and HR policies.
- Experience governing local HR policies.
- Experience managing local labor law and statutory reporting.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field.
Obowiązki
HR Community Leadership:
- Partner with leadership teams to enable a One Microsoft approach and coach leaders.
- Create clarity across People Priorities at country, geography, or business level.
- Partner across the HR model to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Participate in leadership team HR governance and influence people practices.
HR Governance:
- Lead and manage geography or client governance committees.
- Ensure HR alignment across businesses and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate HR information (immigration, mobility, offer governance).
- Drive compliance with Microsoft HR practices and improve HR processes.
- Partner with Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Corporate, and Legal to ensure governance decisions.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Act as an employee advocate focusing on lived experiences.
- Collaborate with internal communications for aligned messaging.
- Lead strategies to improve employee engagement and workplace experience.
- Design and manage programs fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Promote fair and equitable employee experiences through policies and benefits.
Projects, Programs, and Initiatives:
- Execute or lead HR projects and initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Develop project plans and manage execution responding to business or regulatory needs.
Statutory Accountability:
- Maintain knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and trends.
- Translate statutory requirements into compliant HR solutions and policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and oversee HR suppliers.
- Partner and negotiate with unions or employee representation bodies.
- Represent HR in governance and compliance forums managing legal and financial risk.
External Impact:
- Engage local communities and external stakeholders to promote Microsoft culture.
- Represent Microsoft in industry events, diversity programs, and HR forums.
- Build external relationships enhancing employer brand and workforce readiness.
Crisis Management & Business Continuity:
- Partner with leadership to design crisis management strategies.
- Activate and support Employee Assistance Programs and wellbeing resources during crises.
