Essential:

• Strong passion for and understanding of agile methodologies with hands-on experience.
• Superb communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary technology teams.
• Ability to support creation and execution of technology roadmaps.
• Proficiency in using Jira for project management.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and collaborative attitude.
• Agile certification from recognized organizations (Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, PMI, or similar).
• Curiosity about automation of JIRA processes and openness to AI solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience developing, managing, and improving team processes.
• Experience with technical project management practices including managing cross-team dependencies, timelines, and delivery risks.
• Familiarity with the games industry, particularly mobile games.
• Experience with creative data visualization in Atlassian Analytics.

• Develop expertise in managing agile processes tailored to each technology team.
• Act as a JIRA expert to maintain clear and effective processes.
• Support incremental delivery of technology solutions and propose improvements.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting individual development and removing impediments.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work atmosphere within PMO and Engineering teams.
