Senior Technical Java Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled and technically strong Senior Java Developer to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and production-grade applications.

• 8–12 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and database optimization.
• Experience designing scalable, high-performance applications.
• Familiarity with Linux-based deployments and JVM-based environments.
• Knowledge of secure integrations and system-level technologies (TLS/SSL, HashiCorp).
• Experience using Copilot/GenAI tools in software development.
• Strong technical leadership skills; proactive problem-solving and mentorship mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams.

Nice to have:

• Awareness of cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes) and distributed architectures.
• Experience with caching, messaging systems, or modern database technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and middle-layer Java applications.
• Work with large datasets: optimize SQL queries, leverage materialized views, and ensure high performance.
• Build scalable, reliable, and production-ready services with end-to-end ownership.
• Integrate with other systems securely (TLS/SSL, HashiCorp, and related technologies).
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams in an agile environment.
• Leverage Copilot and GenAI tools in daily development to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and help raise technical standards across the team.
• Contribute to improving automation, tooling, and overall platform capabilities.
