HSBC Technology Poland is hiring for a Principal Software Engineer role focused on AI transformation of software development and delivery products. The position involves leading software development initiatives, mentoring teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
Wymagania
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Golang, JavaScript, Ruby, or others.
- Strong knowledge and experience in designing scalable, maintainable, and modular software architectures.
- Expertise in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js.
- Experience in backend development using frameworks like Spring, Django, Express.js.
- Proficiency in database design and optimization with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or On-Prem Cloud Platforms.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) using tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitLab.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- Understanding and experience in microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience with software testing methodologies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Demonstrable experience developing with AI and using agents to augment and transform software development.
- Experience working with IT controls and automation of control compliance within products.
Obowiązki
- Oversee software development initiatives from inception to completion.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software design and architecture.
- Drive the design and architecture of complex software systems with a focus on AI transformation.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define project goals, requirements, and timelines.
- Nurture professional growth of team members and foster continuous learning.
- Solve technical problems and make critical technical decisions.
- Propose innovative solutions to challenging technical issues.
- Conduct code reviews and quality assurance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to improve software development processes and outcomes.

- Salary range: 32,792.00 - 49,183.33 PLN per month.
