Wymagania

  • Solid experience as an Agile Coach or senior Scrum Master in software development.
  • Background as a Software Engineer or similar role.
  • Proven track record driving large-scale (30+ Scrum Teams) organizational initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and scaling approaches (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering culture.
  • Very good analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to analyze high-level processes and delivery data for improvements.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive change.

Beneficial Skills:

  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and engineering practices (CI/CD, trunk-based development, automation).
  • Experience with EBM, flow metrics dashboards, and Agile performance reporting.
  • Workshop design skills (Discovery, Design Thinking, Impact Mapping, Value Stream Mapping).
  • Certifications such as PSM, PSPO II/III, CEC, PAL-E, ICP-ACC, ICAgile, SAFe PC (SPC).

Obowiązki

Strategic Agile Leadership:

  • Partner with leadership to define and implement agile strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assess agile maturity, identify gaps, and develop tailored coaching plans.
  • Drive large-scale cross-organizational changes and stakeholder alignment from Scrum teams to executive leadership.

Process Optimization & Implementation:

  • Identify and remove organizational impediments hindering agile adoption and flow.
  • Promote engineering excellence practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and DevOps.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making using metrics like throughput, flow efficiency, and defect trends.

Coaching & Mentoring:

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communities of practice on Agile frameworks and product discovery.
  • Support transformation initiatives and coach stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Resolve complex impediments directly with Scrum teams and managers.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build relationships with senior leaders and communicate agile transformation progress.
  • Facilitate strategic planning and align multiple teams towards common objectives.
  • Act as a change agent influencing mindsets and behaviors across the organization.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across the Software Development Life Cycle.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in agile.
  • Continuously refine coaching techniques and materials based on feedback.

Oferta

  • Salary range from 16,8400 PLN to 507,800 PLN annually.
