Technical Test Lead

Tenth Revolution Group is a multinational company offering career growth and participation in international projects. The role is based in Krakow, Wroclaw, or Warsaw with a hybrid work model (2–3 days in office).

• 4–5 years of experience in UI/UX automation with Selenium, Java, JUnit, and related tools.
• Strong experience with Java-based automation frameworks, creating tools to improve testing efficiency.
• Proficient in SQL/MySQL for data validation and database testing.
• Understanding of complex enterprise systems, integrations, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), Agile methodologies, and test-driven development.
• Skilled in debugging Linux/Unix/containerized applications (Tomcat, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices).
• Ability to write and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and automation scripts.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working across multiple projects.

Preferred:

• Experience with API testing, Postman, unit testing, load/performance testing.
• Familiarity with web services, shell scripting, and Linux systems.
• Strong communication skills and sense of ownership across teams.

• Lead a team of test automation engineers in planning, writing, executing, and improving manual and automated tests.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for UI and API testing using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Java-based frameworks.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for assigned product lines and solutions.
• Collaborate with development and product teams on requirements, design, and test strategy.
• Perform code reviews, analyse root causes, and track defect resolution.
• Manage configurations, builds, deployments, and automation demos.
• Document processes, test plans, and results.
