Creative & Design Project Manager

• MBA preferred, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
• English on the C level
• 10+ years of client services experience, within an advertising agency or large consumer brand
• 8+ years working with Consumer Packaged Goods brands
• 5+ years of consumer marketing experience
• 8+ years of experience in project management with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery of increasingly complex programs
• Proven experience in global program management leadership roles is strongly preferred
• Experience managing direct reports, 8+ years of strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in developing and growing talent

• Lead team to execute product and packaging innovation projects including concept development, feasibility validation, product and packaging R&D, business proposal and approval, project execution, customer sell in and tracking of in-market performance

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of client accounts, managing resources, timelines, and budgets efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes on time
• Regularly monitor and report on the success of innovation projects providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements
• Oversee budgets, projections, and account performance, ensuring profitability while meeting or exceeding client expectations
