Senior Python Developer

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Python software development.
• Experience with Django, databases (SQL, noSQL), and tools such as Git, Celery, Redis, Memcached, RabbitMQ, Jira.
• Experience working in Agile environments with real influence on task execution and process improvement.
• Practice in automated software testing (unit and integration tests).
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts.
• Communicative proficiency in English and fluent Polish.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS ecosystem services, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Knowledge of TDD, DDD, BDD.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Analytical skills.

• Active participation in software design and development, including shared responsibility for architectural decisions.
• Ensuring high code quality, co-creating development standards, and consciously applying patterns and best practices.
• Participation in conceptual work related to product development.
