UX Designer

Ework Group is an international company operating in multi-country e-commerce, including subscription businesses, with a focus on webshop UX and conversion rate optimization.

• Experience from e-commerce/Direct to Consumer businesses.
• Experience from webshop UX and conversion rate optimization.
• Good at prioritization with solid functional expertise and confidence to implement suggested solutions.
• Experience working in an international company with different geographic markets and brands.
• Education level: BSc or MSc in marketing, UX or related subject.
• Experience from multi-country e-commerce, ideally subscription businesses.
• English is the official business language; knowledge of Scandinavian languages is a plus but not required.

• Work with day-to-day optimization of existing webshop functionality, including A/B-testing of changes and content structure.
• Support with UX expertise on projects such as Member club.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand different wishes and needs from commercial managers to implement new ideas and test new functionality together with the Web owner.
• Collaborate with Web Owner, external developers, commercial managers, digital marketing, sales experts, and third-party performance marketing agencies across three different concepts.

This position is a temporary replacement for an internal FTE on maternity leave.
