Institutional AML/KYC Analyst

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in the financial industry with institutional AML/KYC processes exposure to international regulations.
• Experience with both traditional funds and private assets investors, complex structures.
• Very good English (B2+/C1 level).
• Good analytical skills, driven to seek solutions.
• Command of French or German is an asset.

• Perform Initial and/or Ongoing Due Diligence daily in line with internal policies and procedures and maintain working tools operational and up-to-date.
• Regularly interact with clients and investors for clarifications around AML/KYC requirements and assist them in fulfilling regulatory obligations.
• Perform open-source research to complete files and gather corroborating or mitigating evidence.
• Assist line management in preparing reports for internal and external parties and authorities on due diligence activities, blocked accounts, high risk individuals, and ad hoc demands.
• Act as a key point of contact for Client Service Delivery Managers on existing AML customer matters.
• Manage screening hits.
