Consultant (Workday Integration)

• Solid knowledge of Workday integrations: CC, EIB, PECI, Studio, and proficiency in XSLT transformations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Workday Integration Consultant.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR systems, with a particular focus on the Workday platform.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a great asset.
• Workday-related certifications are considered a great added value.

• Provide expert guidance on the Workday platform, supporting the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of Workday-based integrations.
• Prepare and lead client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, test, and document Workday integrations (CC, EIB, PECI, Studio).
• Support clients in optimizing their business processes and propose enhancements based on best practices.
• Deliver training sessions and assist users in understanding Workday functionalities and workflows.
• Work with the team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
