SAP AI Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic SAP AI Consultant to join our team, focusing on integrating AI/ML solutions within SAP ecosystems.

This role involves leading innovative projects, ensuring compliance, and enhancing data processes through advanced AI technologies.

• 8-12 years in AI/ML with 4+ years in SAP ecosystem or master data-focused solutions
• Knowledge of SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Data Intelligence
• Experience with SAP Workzone, Build, and Integration Suite
• Skills in Python/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, scikit-learn), REST APIs, and MLOps best practices
• Understanding of integrating AI capabilities with on-premise solutions
• Background in regulated industries with model governance, explainability, and compliance requirements
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

Nice to have:

• Certification in relevant SAP technologies

• Lead AI Enrichment & Recommendations Feasibility Report, defining OOTB vs custom options and guardrails
• Design MVP use cases such as auto-population of attributes and anomaly detection aligned with MDG processes
• Build POCs integrating AI services with intake UX and MDG approvals; ensure performance and governance readiness
• Define model training data requirements, bias/accuracy metrics, and monitoring KPIs
• Support rollout of AI-enabled features across pilot and subsequent waves, ensuring modular integration
• Produce AI solution architecture, model lifecycle documentation, and compliance evidence
• Maintain decision logs for AI feature enablement, data usage approvals, and risk mitigation plans
• Provide KT to run teams covering model retraining, monitoring alerts, and incident handling
