Senior Workday Integration Consultant

The PwC Poland’s Workday team consists of 34 specialists delivering advanced technology solutions, participating in HR and financial transformations, and creating innovative solutions including Workday Extended. The team executes international projects and deploys innovative Customer Experience solutions for clients. • Demonstrable experience as Workday Technical / Integration Consultant
• Background in HR Software as a Service implementation or HR/HCM technical teams in large companies
• Solid knowledge and experience with Workday integration stack (connectors, EIB, Data Transformation, Studio, Data Migration Methodology, Calculated Fields, PECI/WECI connectors, RaaS) preferred
• Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, CCTPP, Studio, Extend) preferred
• Must have knowledge of standard integration technologies: XML, XSLT, JSON, basic Java, Web Services, SOAP, REST
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools for task automation, information analysis, content creation
• Flexible approach adapting style to work successfully with both small and large clients

• Design and develop Workday integrations in close cooperation with clients and team members
• Analyze and document client requirements to determine integration needs
• Engage with third-party vendors to create solutions
• Plan and lead design workshops with clients
• Ensure appropriate use of Workday integration technology, meeting timelines and quality standards
• Maintain partnership relations with clients based on trust, professionalism, and engagement
