Wymagania
- 6+ years of professional experience in SAP BW/BW4HANA and Datasphere
- Active participation in projects integrating BW and/or Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA
- Minimum 2–3 years in a team leader or technical manager role in BI (managing at least 3-5 people)
- Experience in requirements analysis and designing reporting architecture using SAP Business Data Cloud tools
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into Business Data Cloud solutions
- Experience in project estimation, pricing, and building IT project assumptions
- Practical knowledge of the offer process
- Experience in documenting processes and maintaining knowledge base
- Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and manage stakeholder relationships
- Ability to delegate tasks, mentor, and develop the team
- Experience in conducting status meetings, sprint planning, and backlog management
- Proficiency in Polish and English at C1 level
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Poznań

- Manage the SAP BI/BW/BDC/Datasphere area and lead the work of consultants
- Participate in presales activities and implementation, migration, and development projects
- Ensure data quality and performance
- Support users and conduct training sessions
- Develop documentation and team know-how
- Conduct status meetings, plan sprints, and manage backlog
- Delegate tasks, mentor, and develop the team
- Communicate with business stakeholders and manage stakeholder relationships
- Make decisions related to the BI team and projects
