Cloud Support Engineer (GCP)

• At least 1 year of experience with Terraform
• Practical knowledge of GCP cloud solutions
• Familiarity with public cloud availability and maintenance standards according to Cloud Standards documentation
• Knowledge of available public cloud services and ability to integrate them with on-premises environments, especially in network and functional layers
• Practical experience with automation tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Terraform
• Experience with DevOps practices and Agile work environment
• Good command of English
• Willingness to work with new technologies, ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Terragrunt
• Certifications in Azure (e.g., AZ-103, AZ-104, AZ-303, AZ-304) or Google (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer, Professional Data Engineer)
• Knowledge of GitLab, Artifactory, Nexus, Prometheus, API, Packer

• Advising, designing, and creating high-level solutions for systems migrated or deployed to public cloud
• Handling IT user requests
• Conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) tests for cloud solutions
• Leading training and workshops on public cloud usage
• Supporting system deployment to cloud with emphasis on Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Developing documentation and knowledge base for IT users
• Collaborating with DevOps teams and Cloud Architects, including consultations on cloud solution development
• Assisting in troubleshooting and optimizing deployment automation processes using tools like Terraform
• Working in a hybrid model with two office meetings per month in Warsaw
