• 4+ years of infrastructure configuration, automation and testing experience
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and ArgoCD
• GitLab CI/CD expertise
• Experience with SQL databases
• You know what IaC is and how to apply it in practice effectively.
• You like autonomy more than process
• You think in problems and outcomes, not tickets
• You challenge solutions and propose better ones
• You can learn new technologies quickly
• You are curious about AI and excited to work with agents

Nice to have:

• Python or Golang skills.
• Experience with Grafana.

• Own infrastructure problems end-to-end — from code to user
• Enable team code quality, speed and deployment processes
• Ensure zero downtime for different environments and projects
• Implement new solutions based on the IaC concept
• Search and implement effective solutions for scaling
• Improve existing and implement new, effective CI/CD processes
• Use AI agents for your day-to-day work
