Wymagania

  • 12+ years of Finance Transformation experience with strong end-to-end expertise in Receivables, Credit-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash; solid GBS/SSC/BPO model understanding.
  • Proven leadership of transformation programs with full accountability for scope, team, budget, and delivery.
  • Experience designing and implementing transformation solutions across multiple industries.
  • Ability to shape and sell transformation narratives, leveraging Capgemini offers, assets and perspectives.
  • Strong RFI/RFP and negotiation skills, executive presence, and confidence in managing senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced consulting skills: hypothesis-based problem solving, diagnostics, workshop facilitation, storytelling.
  • Solutioning expertise focused on business outcomes, beyond efficiency or FTE reduction.
  • Solid ERP & technology know-how (S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle; BlackLine, HighRadius, Serrala), plus excellent English.

Obowiązki

  • Drive end-to-end Finance transformation projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with Transformation Managers.
  • Deliver engagements in target operating model design, process redesign, maturity assessments, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation, ERP/Platform implementation, RPA and transitions.
  • Provide expert process & technology recommendations, guiding clients through their transformation roadmap.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, co-creating deliverables and steering the transformation agenda.
  • Track emerging technologies, assess their relevance and propose improvements in your domain.
  • Use Capgemini assets & methodologies (DGEM, ESOAR, S/4HANA, RPA toolkits) to shape best-practice solutions.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support clients in achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure structured and consistent project execution, from analysis to solution design and governance.
