Solution Architect

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Architect
• Experience leading large architectural teams
• Practical knowledge of API Management, microservices architecture, container platforms (Kubernetes), cloud architectures (public, private, hybrid), and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with security-by-design approach (IAM, authentication/authorization, compliance, data protection)
• Knowledge of architectural standards (TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML) and Agile/DevOps work
• Proactivity and ability to optimize processes, tools, and frameworks
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

• Translating business requirements into comprehensive architectural projects aligned with organizational, IT strategy, and regulations
• Defining and implementing Enterprise Architecture strategy in Business, Information Systems, and IT areas
• Creating and developing corporate architecture roadmap, supporting transformation and innovation initiatives
• Collaborating with clients and key stakeholders, presenting and justifying architectural decisions
• Designing modern architectures using API Management, microservices, and container platforms
• Ensuring fulfillment of SLA and key non-functional requirements such as security, performance, scalability, and availability
• Applying industry standards (TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML) and working in Agile/DevOps methodologies
• Designing solutions according to security-by-design principles for public, private, and hybrid cloud environments
