Cloud & Infrastructure Operations Engineer

The role is within the Hosting Operations team responsible for maintaining and stabilizing production environments for clients. The team collaborates internationally with locations in Poland (Gdańsk), India (Bangalore), and Canada (Waterloo).

• Experience working with operating systems and diagnosing system issues.
• Knowledge of cloud technology concepts and problem-solving in cloud environments.
• Understanding of corporate network environments.
• Understanding of virtual machines and infrastructure management.
• Experience in scripting or automation.
• Ability to work well in an operational team and international environment.
• Very good English language skills (minimum B2/C1).

• Work in the Hosting Operations team responsible for maintaining and stabilizing production environments.
• Collaborate with an international team operating in a follow-the-sun model.
• Influence maintenance, development, and automation of infrastructure.
• Participate in monitoring production environments, resolving infrastructure incidents, deployments, and Disaster Recovery activities.
• Develop competencies in cloud, infrastructure, and IT operations automation.
• Work in a hybrid model: first three months onsite, then remote with occasional office visits in Gdańsk.
