Wymagania
- At least 5 years of proficiency in Salesforce platform DevOps, including Metadata deployment, change sets, and Copado
- Expertise in security assessment, remediation, and optimization of Salesforce ecosystems
- Strong analytical and communication skills for collaborating with client managers and cross-functional teams
- Background in managing complex tasks with autonomy, meeting tight deadlines without supervision
- Capability to adapt to frequent changes, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

- Conduct Salesforce security compliance assessments, focusing on custom implementations
- Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to address vulnerabilities and enhance platform security
- Deliver new features and continuous improvements within an agile development environment
- Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions for remediation and innovation
- Address incidents, perform code refactoring, and maintain optimal platform performance
- Document technical decisions and ensure seamless communication across teams
- Support maintenance activities and align solutions with industry and business standards
