• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Delivery, or similar roles within software engineering organizations
• Proven experience managing large, cross-functional technical programs from planning through delivery
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate work across multiple engineering teams
• Solid understanding of Agile development practices (Scrum, planning sessions, retrospectives, etc.)
• Experience identifying technical dependencies, risks, and trade-offs in software delivery
• Demonstrated ability to introduce or improve processes that impact engineering delivery at scale
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including collaboration with engineering, product, and leadership teams
• Experience working in global or distributed engineering environments
• Fluency in English (C1 or higher)

Nice to have:

• Experience working on ecommerce platforms or customer purchase flows (e.g. discovery, checkout)
• Exposure to consumer technology or product organizations
• Experience coordinating programs involving external partners or vendors

• Drive end-to-end execution of complex technical programs within the ecommerce domain
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, product, and design teams to ensure initiatives ship on time
• Translate product and technical plans into actionable milestones and delivery roadmaps
• Monitor program progress, track risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
• Partner closely with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to break down large initiatives into milestones and deliverable plans
• Facilitate planning sessions, release coordination, and cross-team alignment
• Participate in technical discussions to understand dependencies, trade-offs, and implementation constraints
• Ensure the right balance between feature development, technical quality, and technical debt
• Establish and improve engineering delivery processes and ways of working for a growing organization
• Introduce best practices for cross-team planning, program tracking, and execution
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering efficiency and collaboration
• Serve as a key point of coordination between engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations clearly to leadership and partners
• Align teams around shared goals and ensure priorities remain focused on business and user outcomes
