• Proven professional game industry experience.
• At least one shipped AAA or AA game.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Understanding of complex math.
• Ability to look at the big picture.

• Writing both detailed and high-level documentation defining the foundations of systems used in the game.
• Designing, documenting, and collaborating with other designers and engineers to deliver the systemic backend of the game.

• Clearly communicating complex ideas to the diverse development team.
• Implementing intermediate systems using object-oriented scripting languages.
