Business Analyst with Guidewire

Link Group is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with deep Guidewire expertise to serve as a key link between insurance clients and technical delivery teams, focusing on insurance platform configuration and optimization.

• 5+ years of professional experience in end-to-end insurance solution implementations.
• Hands-on experience with the Guidewire ecosystem (Policy, Billing, or ClaimCenter).
• Proven ability to translate complex workflows into personalized system setups.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business users and vice versa.
• Ability to report progress accurately to management.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.

• Convert high-level client needs into detailed technical specifications, including BRD, FSD, and TSD documentation.
• Design and setup product workflows, accounting rules, and insurance-specific settings within the Guidewire platform.
• Act as the primary point of contact for onsite coordinators and customer representatives, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform root-cause analysis during testing phases to identify and resolve functional gaps.
• Maintain a high standard of work culture through regular reporting, mentoring junior resources, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
