Manual Tester

Scalo is involved in a project for the financial sector, working on the implementation of a new transaction system used in bank branches and units.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing
• Proficient with Postman or Bruno for API testing
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to create complex queries
• Experience in front-end, back-end, integration, and workflow testing
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Effective communication skills and ability to work under time pressure
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• English communication skills at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Ability to read Java code
• Experience with Xray
• Experience in banking sector
• ISTQB certification

• Participation in a project for the financial sector

• Designing and executing API tests using Postman or Bruno
• Performing integration and end-to-end (workflow) tests
• Conducting front-end and back-end tests including verification of business logic and compliance with requirements
• Data analysis and validation using SQL
• Documenting test cases and results using Jira and Xray
• Collaborating in an Agile team with developers, analysts, and Product Owner
• Participating in planning, refinement, reviews, and supporting defect analysis
• Working in a hybrid model: 1 day per week in the office in Wrocław or Poznań
